That’s why wheretocredit is the way to go. You neeed to know the booking class otherwise you can’t work out how many avios you get.
Some classes only earn 25% of the expected avios for example.
When I view my upcoming Aer Lingus booking on BA, it’s clear that for my purposes I’m better off crediting to United.
