The fact it says AC or not is just superfluous
Even that is no longer possible according to Amex if your card is a credit (not charge) card.
Supplementary cards are still possible but yes there’s a quota and I see no advantage of getting the platinum supp for yourself. You’d just get a gold or green (there were 2/3 free if I recall)
