In CE you’ll have access to every row (except exits) as there are at least 3 masks above each row and only 2 seats.

Not True, British Airways Airbuses don’t have oxygen suitable for babies in every row in CE.

Possibly only certain airbus then. I’ve flown 4 times in CE and have 4 further bookings and I could/can access all the seats in CE

In ET you can only sit in certain rows as you need 4 masks available
