Brazilian nationals don’t qualify for a US esta, there are only a limited amount of countries that do. Bulgaria for example doesn’t either despite being part of the EU.
This goes back to the randomness of ESTA for the US, such as if you’ve been to Cuba since 2021 you can’t use the ESTA scheme on a UK passport.
Other countries have their own random visa waiver rules. For example Mongolia used to allow visa free travel for 27 countries. From April until the end of 2025 they’ve decided to allow 34 more countries to enter without a visa until end of 2025. So if you want to go to Ulan Bator, start planning it.
