Not sure this is entirely a BA FF topic, and it kinda depends on what you need advice for I guess, and a bit more info like time of day, where you are, booking class etc.
Whilst it is a BA ticket, you will need to check in with AA – so maybe get the AA app and find the AA record locator from your BA booking. Covid requirements for USA were removed on 11 May so hopefully no more hoops to jump through.
Assuming no status, and no perks from business class, there are 2 lounges at T3 that you can use by virtue of your Amex card and the associated Priority Pass membership. Unless you are a US citizen you will need an ESTA, or visa, for the US. Immigration is the same as ever but you no longer need to fill in the blue customs form.
