Drinking too much alcohol is a much more likely cause of headaches.

I had an A380 flight and a B781 with my standard glass of red wine – result no headaches. A short flight on a B777, LHR-BOS and a glass of red wine – result headache. I’ve had so many flights on B777s and ended up with a bad headache, it really is the plane.
