I do notice that the 777 is a lot noisier but I have a good pair of noise cancelling headphones so that fixes that. But I find my headache from flying comes from too much booze and/or not enough water but the main cause is a hot cabin. Which actually BA tend to keep theirs quite cool whereas QR and other Asian carriers slowly roast me to near death
But back to the OPs question , they’ve been “refreshed” so they’re in good condition but it’s the old CW seat. I believe Virgin are flying their new A330 on their Tampa route so that might be one to consider if you’re not worried on being in Oneworld etc
