Do I need to ring and book the flights in cash or points to then use the voucher? Or do I book the PE flights, then call to use the voucher?

I would prefer to book the whole thing as if flying using points, there doesnt need to be PE space to them upgrade to Upper.

One more question, I assume I would need to use 2x voucher to upgrade 2x people return? But if I use the 241 and pay 50% of the points, I only need to use one voucher?
