I thought this was the case too. Currently thinking about how I bring my wedding dress, veil and all other stuff with me to OPO in only 2 hand luggages for my wedding later this summer. I am travelling out alone, so can’t outsource the help and I know how judgemental folk are about having more than the allowance, even if in CE !!
