Same issue as above – 200k boosted and 20k bonus missing.

I filled out the web chat form last Thursday and it noted a 15 day turnaround time.

Similarly I called BA exec club yesterday (SA call centre I think) and they said they’d contact the accounts team for them to investigate, with ETA 7 days.

It’s a bit poor customer services but on another boost (50k and 5k bonus or so) made 5 mins after the transaction above, the bonus went through just fine.

Also just to note that in the case of my transactions, the email confirmation on #1 doesn’t even show the 10% bonus, where for transaction #2 it does.
