Two windows and the adjacent middles would be best I think.
The seats all face away from each other so you won’t see across the aisle unless you turn and the seats in front and behind you’d have to stand to see. Might work best with adults behind the children so each can look across and forward to a seat.
ETA definitely not 4 in a row as you can’t get across to the other aisle without going through the galley.
