Hiya. We flew in CS twice in last 2yrs with our toddler. I wouldn’t agree that people say the two middle seats aren’t good. Agreed you can’t hold hands or help them but with the screen open between the seats you can lean forward and speak to your little one and we did that on take off and landing and it was fine. I would personally take 4 middle seats in 2 rows and alternate child adult adult child so you can easy get out to help the child in front/ behind.
