Can’t help room wise, but I frequented the Hilton West Bay on a daily basis for the sports bar during the world cup last year. It was way out of my price range at the time but i managed to blag my way in as Hilton gold. It wasn’t particularly close to anything other than other hotels but maybe a 15mins walk or short taxi to the the main west bay area.

Personally would prefer that for anything other than an overnight stopover.
