While I understand why you might wish to do this, it is fraught with practical difficulties even before you start running into breaches of the terms that will upset BA.

You have to book from your BAEC account, so you would need to add the traveller to yours friends & family list for the period from booking to travel; I’m not sure how that might work for either party. Who will pay for the (low) cash element of the booking? You, who will then expect to be reimbursed or will the traveller give you all their card details? How will you get paid for the Avios which is going to be the breach? How will you or the traveller deal with changes or cancellation?
