H*** yes. Been the buzzword for years in certain specialist areas,such as professional purchasing systems (one of my areas). To me like to JDB it just says “non-job”. Change management is indeed, really, a “thing” that even has its own degree courses and certification now.

No wonder China is pulling ahead of the West.
