Yes, UK residents qualify. I am a Hilton Grand Vacations Club member and I am not a US resident. Be aware, they won’t let you off easily if you just say ‘I’m not interested’. There are more than just timeshares that they sell, and can easily spend more than two hours to go through what they have to offer, whether you show any interests or not. And it is not a group talk, you will be taken into a room for a 1-2-1 talk with a salesman!
