After a long dispute with my travel insurance they have refused to pay out because they only cover cancellations if I do not fly at all, they also only covered delays for the time of delay in departure not the longer route to get there so my pay out is £80 lol
the costs I have lost are about equal to the eu261 pay out which I have received, should I just accept things as they are or is it worth trying to recover the missed flight cost from BA?
