With four people and cases I would suggest an Uber XL, if only for convenience and not having to lug cases between stations. It cost about £80 when I did it late last year, so not a lot more than public transport At rush hour it will take about 90 minutes.
Just a word of caution as you didn’t mention when you are travelling. The M25 is shut on that section (J10-11) between Friday 15-Mar 21:00 to Mon 18-Mar 06:00.
Be aware, the dates for this closure were only announced recently and another 4 weekends are scheduled. It sounds like large areas of Surrey close to this part of the M25 could be gridlocked. Motorists are being advised not to follow satnavs but to follow the signposts!
