I think I’d tell them unfortunately you have made arrangements around the reservation that you now can’t change and it would be too late now to replace this booking for Easter with something else and you do need the space of the suite that you booked.

If you were planning to eat in the hotel or to enhance their revenue in some other way (and provided you really will) you could also mention.
