Thanks for help , I’m sure by memory it was bang on 3 hours on landing but took ages to get the gate and then took a while for the doors to open …

One can try but guess I’m at the mercy of QR , should I also mention about the additional costs for my separate pnr which I missed the flight on (TG BKK-CNX)and had to pay extra to change plus hotac for the night as they couldn’t rebook me onto there last flight on that day as it was fully

Is there any point submitting to BA holidays as it was a holiday package and BA flights (I’m talking about the main flights not the TG flight)
