How does she accept debit cards? In the terminal, does it say contactless anywhere? Or displays the contactless logo? Apple Pay or google pay should work then.
The common theme amongst all these threads is user claiming they don’t use Apple Pay (or google pay). It might sound counterintuitive, but you actually are less vulnerable when using these encrypted mobile payments.
