I’m guessing the fee. A lot of people outside this kind of forum think it’s crazy to pay anything to hold a credit card, let alone £250/£300 (has the higher rate come in yet?)

So many people profess envy at our premium cabin travel but then get an attack of the vapours when they find out that some credit cards come with fees (even people with plenty of money)!
