@Cat For Amex Dining credit, wherever you end up, please don’t try Canoe. They are truly the definition of overprice. Trying something else in the list!
I also agreed with @AJA that you could do the Centre Island (we enjoyed it very much back in September) and CN Tower. Try to avoid Uber / Lyft as well as traffic can be quite bad in / out.
However, Niagara Falls is a bit of a stretch in my opinion and you will end up spending lots of time in the car. Enjoy!
