I have been getting the same error message all weekend. Tried on multiple devices (laptops and iphone) with no success. All very disappointing with the deadline slowly getting closer. Even more annoying is that I have AVIOS ‘On hold’ for a bid I made yesterday that has not actually registered as a bid 🙁
