Dealt with them for years for car hire excess cover and happy with them – though as usual always read the small print as to scope of coverage.

Discount applies to Car Hire Excess, Private Car Excess, Home Excess, Commercial Vehicle Excess (eg if you’re using a van, which most vehicle excess policies incl Amex don’t cover).

Questor does cover some types of vehicles others don’t and are also good to deal with – I’ve been using Bettersafe for cars.
