Call and book it by phone, it will be a separate booking though. Wouldn’t risk cancelling !
A decent CS rep should be able to add another PAX into the PNR and force the ticket / revalidation – now that the fares are all RFS on SH, there won’t be any fare difference. Else they are going to create a separate PNR for an accompanied minor … which could cause issues
It’s simply not possible for an agent to add a passenger to an existing PNR. It’s no issue having a child on a separate booking but it can only be done by an agent because they need to add the necessary links between the two bookings. This is a fairly standard procedure as children often travel with a different adult on different legs of the trip.
