If it’s 2 people’s vouchers, it’s going to be 2 separate bookings.
From what I’ve read on here, it’s possible to book 2 x outbound legs with a voucher each then ask BA to add the returns, or get the other halves applied to inbound bookings IF you get an agent who knows what they’re doing.
The issue will be grabbing the seats in the seats in the first place, especially on the inbound when you’re explaining what you need doing on 2 separate bookings!
You can have different cabins on each leg if you’re happy with CW one way and PE the other.
