You can’t mix avios and cash bookings of any kind.

You could, however book 2 hotels, or hotel plus car and that counts as a BAH, although whether it would earn any TPs under the new scheme is unclear. It’s entirely possible that BA’s IT won’t be able to differentiate if it’s programmed to look at spend only!
