It’s likely fine, just thrown in the queue because you booked over the phone, the seat is being held for you if you can see it via PNR in MMB. It will now be delayed further due to need for more urgent changes resulting from weather disruption. If it’s not ticketed by 14/1 I’d give them a call but I’ve waited over 3 weeks sometimes.
