Hi All,
Long time reader, but my first forum post,
I’d like to travel from Manchester to Singapore in May 2025 first class with British Airways. I have tracked seatspy which only shows the london>Singapore route. When I checked on the 5th of jan SS showed moderate availability, however now all first class seats have disappeared.
I’d welcome any experienced feedback on how to book these flights, tips or tricks I should think about. I’m also prepared to travel to Heathrow and fly direct Heathrow to singapore.
I have collected 275,000 Avios and have a BA Amex Premium Voucher.
Many thanks in advance
If the seats were there on the 5th, you should have booked if the dates worked for you (it would only cost £35 to cancel). Those seats would get snapped up PDQ. You just have to wait for another alert, or as NL says, maybe “settle” for Club, and use your Amex voucher to hopefully pick up additional availability (which is more likely if you were to start in Manchester).
