As @JDB says, it will depend on whether the agent notices that you’ve booked the return on the wrong account (as I understand it, it’s something to do with cookies on your computer which makes it switch between accounts).
You might have to cancel and rebook the return if BA refuses to refund the avios, the seats should re-appear as the booking should be very recent. You could ask the agent to do this on the phone, so they can grab the returned seats and add the return to your outbound booking.
