I am struggling to get a refund for an Avios flight where I’ve just noticed I have the endorsement *m*redemption/restrictions may apply/no cash refund/non endorsable.

This was a flight booked with 90,000 Avios and £450 taxes for 2 people using a Companion voucher.

The Avios has been redeposited,and I have my Companion Voucher back but BA are not forthcoming with a refund.

Has anyone actually received a refund where their ticket has been marked with this endorsement?
