@Aston100 – There really is no need to refer to anyone as a ‘contrarian’ or ‘troll’ simply because they have the audacity to disagree with you or have a more original view than the pack/consensus. @Cranzle referred to making the voucher easier to use and I mentioned our long term experience that it is easy to use.

PS. what is it you find difficult about using the voucher?
