I actually have a positive story. I submitted a claim the other day for cancellation of a holiday due to illness. I didn’t have a medical form because it wasn’t so bad I needed a doctor, I was just temporarily too ill to travel. I expected them to reject it, but they approved within two days. It was only a smallish claim, so perhaps they have a threshold below which things are more automatically assessed/approved.
