Ok, help me out here! We have 2-4-1 business class seats for our return from Joburg in September. There is one first available on the same day/flight, but two firsts are available the following day (and I would absolutely consider staying an extra day to swap). First weirdly seems to cost fewer Avios (85,000) than business (90,000)… am I reading that right?

Could I cancel our business flights, book the firsts, wait for our 2-4-1 voucher to reappear and then get it applied retrospectively? I’m tempted!
