Amex MR’s best kept, for now, as MR’s until you decide which program you want to use them in. In the future that may be a program operating the avios currency, or it may be another one.

TBH normally just Europe maybe 2x year purely personal travel. My long haul this year was a nice splurge with the points I’d earned but don’t envisage having that many Avios again any time soon
