Could someone who went last time to the similar event tell me what happens exactly? Do you meet at the hotel and then walk to the restaurants on the list?
Basically, yeah. We were split into three groups to avoid all being in the same place at the same time.

Depends on the venue, you will be in small groups or perhaps one large one. Definitely a social affair. Oh, there were free drinks at the presentation-meeting, which I didn’t realise and purchased a needlessly expensive (but very good) round of bloody mary’s at the W.
