anyone managed to get this reversed as I understood if you have the premier banking with a monthly credit of £3500 it should not be appliedNo, the fee applies. There’s an £20 charge if you don’t meet the terms.
That is not correct. You get charged £12 per month for 1500 Avios regardless of how much you pay in the account monthly.
The premier banking fee (£20 monthly I believe) will be applied to your account if following review (and communication), Barclays believe that you do not meet the criteria for a fee free Premier account (and their threshold is the £3300-3500 pay in per month).
The £12 fee is correct, but if you have the Avios Plus card as well, you should get £5 back though.

To your Premier account which you pay your £12 fee from. I got mine last month on the 3rd but haven’t had it for December yet, although I have been charged the £12
The email I had said the threshold was at least £3300 paid on each month, or £40,000 over the previous 12 months.
Apparently the £5 fee refund into your current account will occur one month after the first statement on which the monthly fee has been charged.
