Unfortunately ‘unreasonable’ cards carry zero weight at MCOL or CEDR; neither can award you anything for the inconvenience or delay and the case should be decided exclusively on the underlying facts, not on how the claim has been handled.

The weight may be a bit above Zero.
When I attended a hearing in my case against orangeJet, it was clear that the Judge was very unimpressed by the behaviour of Se4n G4te5′ firm on paper and their Barrister’s unecessarily additional decibel level in voice communication.
OrangeJet conceded very quickly.
