Apologies if this has been raised before but I couldn’t find anything.
So my partner currently has a Barclaycard Avios Plus and is about to get the upgrade voucher. I’m now looking at getting the Barclaycard Avios Plus card myself purely to make a big purchase which would award me as upgrade voucher too.
My question is, would I be able to link my Avios Plus card to her BA account (hers is already linked) so that both vouchers fall on the same BA account? Meaning we could use both for the same trip.
As a side to this, we’ve both already got the Amex card and collected the 241 vouchers, otherwise my money would be more useful there.
No – the names would need to match for starters. But in any case it doesn’t seem possible so far to use 2 upgrade vouchers on the same booking so you’d need to book separately for each of you, so you may as well make a booking from each account.
