Hi all,
Just coming up to my 1st anniversary of Platinum – I took advantage of most of the benefits last year, including a £200 travel credit towards flights. Is this an annual thing or was it part of the introductory offer?
On chat they advised it was a sign up benefit, but on the Amex site it states annual benefit?
https://www.americanexpress.com/content/dam/amex/uk/legal/business/annualtravelcreditterms.pdf
Would I see this highlighted anywhere on my account after the 1st anniversary (in a few weeks?) – anyone confirm or deny this?
Looking at planning a holiday in September and wanted to use this again if it was an option!
Cheers
It’s annual on BUSINESS Plat which is the link you quote.
It was a one-off bonus last year on personal Platinum.
