Morning all, i am trying to argue the 25k benefit points with IHG for being achieved the Spire status for 2021. Does anyone still have the IHG Gesture of goodwill email sent around end April/mid of May 2021 and can share with me?
Anna, i learnt that you had succeeded to get the 25k points and would appreciate your advice.
Just kept (politely but firmly) emailing the Ambassador dept until they capitulated! Not sure I would be poking them at the moment though, if I was in the same position but you may not be affected by the Creation debacle …
