3,000 Avios for Confused.com Car Insurance…. I’m still waiting anyone else?

Purchased Car Insurance through BA Shopping in early August 2022, transaction was tracked but the 3000 miles have been pending since. Confused.com conditions say award will be made 90-120 days after purchase, anyone else not had their Avios from Confused.Com???
And any help please on how to chase this up. BA missing Avios Assistant doesn’t cover this topic and the confirmation email from back in August that the 3000 points are on their way which has has a link for further assistance when clicking, goes nowhere! Thanks very much
They take an eon to post. They do eventually, mine took several months, past their 90-120 day mark. To protect yourself raise an official missing avios claim anyways, in case they come back back to you in the future to say it’s past X months you have to chase up missing avios. Not much help I appreciate, they are just very slow.
