Im new to the forum, so “hi”.
I have been boosting my AVIOS for the last year and exceeded the 300,000 AVIOS limit. When I go to boost this month the AVIOS rate has doubled. Recognising that it’s a maximum 300,000 boost per year, does anyone know when the annual reset occurs? Calendar year, my first boost, April 1st? Any thoughts!

T&C’s say it’s a calendar year:
‘The first 300,000 Avios boosted per calendar year are priced at our cheapest buying rate. Once the amount is reached, higher pricing applies’
So I guess, its from Jan 1st. Grrr…
Secondary question, is there any way to know when these airlines make AVIOS offers? I am trying to compare signing up to the monthly subscription, £200 a month for 20,000 AVIOS, vs wait until the offers come out?

As far as I can remember apart from when Subscription was first launched (which I missed) with a more attractive rate than currently, I don’t think there has been any other offers since, in fact I keep expecting them to hike the price.
Finnair has boost feature too. What about p2?
