If 4 BA flights have been taken in my current tier point collection year which ends Dec 2024, do I need more BA flights before the “new” collection period begins on April 1, 2025, or, since I’ll be entirely in the USA Dec ’24 to Apr ’25, can I accrue the necessary tier points I need with only AA flights?
You’ll need to have completed 4 BA flights between April 2024 and April 2025 for them to count within your new collection year.
AA operated flights which have a BA flight number on your booking are eligible flights.
And Iberia flights
AA operated flights which have an IB flight number on your booking are not eligible flights.
