It’s been 5 weeks since my application for the Platinum card, without any single reply.
I hold multiple personal+corporate cards and been a member since 2017.
This is becoming funny. I wonder how many people have experienced a longer wait.
Happened to my BIL have you called them? They might need you to move around credit limits.
My Platinum Card didn’t arrive after 3 weeks when I applied last year. However, once i called us, AMEX re-issued the card, cancelled the old card and sent it next-day courier. Arrived there and then. Lord know what happened to the original card???
