About 3 weeks ago Barclaycard notified me that I hit the spend target and 25,000 points are in my account. I haven’t heard anything about the 5,000 extra points for using the HfP sign-up link. How long should I wait for this and/or who should I contact? I recall Rob saying somewhere that they’d make sure it was sorted.
Worth double checking directly in your BAEC account to see if the additional HfP signup bonus has been credited…..In our households experience, there was no separate notification from Barclays or Visibility in the Barclaycard app.

For Player 2, the bonus 5k posted the day after the transfer of points earnt in the previous month.

My 25k posted as a visible transfer from my Barclaycard account, and a separate 5k posted directly to BAEC one day later with the narrative Finance Card:Barclaycard Avios Plus Award
My 5k arrived separately on the same day as all my points (including the 25k) arrived from the previous month. All points are transferred around the 2nd business day of the month. The 5k won’t show in the Barclaycard app but will show in your BAEC.
My 25k arrived in BA yesterday but currently no extra 5K. I’ll wait a day or two.
Have you looked back at the beginning of May? The 5k wasn’t tied to your spend bonus, so if you signed up during the HFP offer, most received it around the 5th of May.

I signed up earlyish, approved on the spot, had an email about the 5K about a month ago, and the
