Adding cash flights to reward tickets.

We have reward flights booked to Singapore in March, our onward destination is Phuket. Is it possible for me to book connecting flights with cash through BA on a codeshare and have them added to this to create one itinerary so we can transit on a single ticket? Grateful for any advice.
