    Trying to “add advance passenger information” it either errors or tells me I am logged in somewhere else. I can’t generate a boarding pass and will need my passport check at check in, recently renewed it. My seat has been allocated for tomorrow flight. Googled and seems to be a common problem, is there anyway around it? Do you think BA will ever fix the issue?

    Try a incognito/private tab too in case it’s a caching/cookie issue.

    Did not work.

    I had to phone, only can be done by a web form. The operator supplied the details can only use google chrome.

    Upload the evidence of change. submitted and screen confirmed account should be updated in 48 hours other queries 21 days.

    This information not available on the ba.com website, only can obtain when calling BA.com.
