Do BA Airbus short haul aircraft have power outlets in economy
Most do. Some new ones have USB A and USB C and some old ones have nothing. Most will have a slow charging USB A – just above a mains socket, so you can bring your own fast charger.

IIRC Voltage is 110V so even plug in chargers will be reduced in output.
I might be wrong. But I don’t think the A319 does. I think out of LGW there are a lot that don’t – not sure which. I was on a brand new A320 or A321 neo earlier this year which was supposed to have WiFi. We were told that it wouldn’t be operational until after going for its first service!
